Eslah Attar is a visual storyteller from the suburbs of Ohio where she studied photojournalism and documented immigration in her community.
Prior to joining The New York Times as a photo editor, she worked at National Geographic as an associate photo editor and National Public Radio as a photo editor and photographer.
